2021 Rating and rank adjustments

I can’t join any games, says “your rank is too high to accept this challenge”, even though we are the same rank.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Edit: Also noticing I’m getting a lot of ‘The rank difference is more than 9’ messages on games, even though it’s not the case when I check their rank graph against mine.
