If white ignores the top after C8 instead of F7, black can kill white by G7, so I guess not.
So then it is a bad move because I am lose the initiative this way?
It’s a bad move becasue you lose that possibility and you have to come back and play the connection anyway. At least that’s the honte way to think about it. I have no idea if the bot thinks that way too.
