why are my active correspondens games not visible in “Home”?

btw. it is a Friendly Match

Assuming you are user: N473, I see no active games. Is it possible your opponent has resigned? Can you provide a link to the missing game?

Thankyou for the game link. I can’t see the game details either because it’s a ‘private game’ or because of a bug but hopefully the link will make it easier for a mod to assist you.
