On my Phone my rank says 11.3 (12kyu) by my name, but 8.2 (9kyu) on the graph.
On my PC my rank says 5.2 (6kyu).
I know recently the Ranking system was adjusted a bit but is it still normal to see such abnormailites?

Are you using third party app for phone instead of opening site in browser?
No i only use the browser on all devices
