Audio countdown didn't happen in my last game

Hello, I was just playing a game with a 2 minutes per move time setting. I have my settings set to countdown starting at 10 seconds. I got no countdown and lost on time. I would have played a move had I known that my time was running out and I rely on the feature to let me know. I am using Chrome 83.0.4103.97. Is this a bug?

Did you hear a sound when a stone is placed? When I don’t get any sound, refreshing the page has fixed it for me so far. I’m on safari.
