Can the owner/administrator of a group ban a particular player from the group after that players joins?
Also, if so, how does one do it?

Go to group page, click on user’s name in the member list, select “Kick”
But that doesn’t ban them from rejoining, right?

I think that if a player makes a nuisance of themselves by rejoining after kick, report them. That would be the way. It’s such a rare thing it seems unlikely we’d put a special ban-from-group feature in.

Yeah for sure, if a player has already been kicked and keeps trying to rejoin the group just report him and the mods will deal with it.
