why would someone in the middle of the game delete their account…

i have never seen this before until now
maybe because they want to build an account without a single lose game.

Players can delete their own accounts at (almost) any time.
Moderators will very occasionally delete an account, though typically it’d be suspended first.

Something looking specific to internet. Not agreeing doesn’t mean not understanding the new opportunities (sorry for that) and it looks like a everyday fight and worry about how to keep some empathy and humanity among us.
white player is new, trying to get fixed rank as soon as possible, however the reality is cruel, he then hates Go and stop playing on OGS.
That’s an interesting guess at what happened.
There are many other possible explanations though. Maybe this person simply deletes their account when it starts to get a rank, and starts over, because they like being unranked…
