Bugged timing

When I have set this setup:

and this too:

timing was 15 seconds in game ~! but i have set 10
it’s bugged or something
please fix it !

p.s.: it said new users may put just one image in post, so open second manually -.-

i set now 20 secs and still added 5 seconds to it.
why ??

and i heard counting., she told 7 and i was timed out.
it is lag or how it it ?
please explain !!!
