About half an hour ago I played a ranked game against the computer but after about 150 hands when it was the computer’s turn to play, it didn’t do anything until its time ran out and it lost by timeout. It was something like four minutes during which the computer did nothing. There were a lot of places in which the computer could have responded, and I would have been crushed. I played this game: https://online-go.com/game/6683719. The scan for possible moves is usually very fast… Network problem? Database problem? Load balancing? I didn’t want my first win to be unjustified…
Billy (GnuGo lvl10) keeps crashing too. 2 games and it just timed out.
