In the following game, why is in the left Corner the Stones counting for White? I black has two holes on the side.

Those are not eyes. That group is dead. I left a variation in the chat.
Those holes are actually “false eyes”, which renders it inescapable from eventual capture by white.

Except for some uncommon situations, false eyes cannot be counted toward the two eyes required for life.

Unfortunately, in your game, all of the black stones are dead due to false eyes ruining the possibility of life for the largest group. Note that even if black plays at F6, the eye at G6 is false due to the white stones at F7 and H5.
