How could I have ended this game better (I played black). Lost by a narrow margin. Are there any middle game mistakes, after I captured the ladder?

Posted a few variations on your game. It would’ve required some advanced life&death skills. But nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Yes, that is what I realised also, after analysing game. Without Komi I would have won or may be jigo. Upper left corner is obviously impenetrable.
Do you think in the opening/joseki I could have done better?
