Feature Request: timeout for open real-time games

Many people post open games and fail to close them when they leave (which is a common disease of small servers). Since challengers to open games are accepted automatically, this results in someone showing up at the table with no opponent to play. This is lame, especially with a cancellation mechanic that prevents you from accepting new challenges for a while.

Open real-time games should only remain open as long as the creator is online. After the creator is offline for a few minutes, the game offer should close. If someone accepts the game while the opponent is offline and about to timeout, then the game should probably be cancelled as soon as the timeout is reached.

This is actually how it should work, one the player navigates away from the page containing the game it will get canceled automatically shortly after. Sometimes people will open a new challenge and leave it open in the background and forget about it, though.
