Can someone tell me why white won in this game? I am new to this.
Well, what can I tell you, white has more points… 
My best guess would be that in your counting you failed to take into account “komi” which (according to what ruleset is used) is somewhere between 5-8 points. White gets this “boost” because black has the first move, which is a big advantage. Komi makes it so both players have approximately same chance to win.
