I made some bad mistakes that I should have noticed 
Also, I didn’t really know how to address the top left corner if someone could review i’d be grrrrrrrrateful.

Commenting on the tactics becomes quite complex when commenting for both sides. I stop commenting after move 112 because I’ve probably mentioned plenty at that point, and I’ve even shown some complex variations in places that would stretch your level if you were to avoid all the basic mistakes that I pointed out as well.
I expect that from the basic mistakes that I point out beforehand, both players would be able to find some mistakes in the way the game is played after that. Trying to find some of those mistakes would probably be a good exercise to check your understanding, actually.
