Having trouble updating credit card info

Hello.

My credit card has changed and I am not able to update it on your site.

I have tried to update it and it keeps saying there was a problem. I tried to cancel the support so I could start from scratch, but it still says there was a problem with my card.

Any ideas?

Which credit card are you using?

@jswami018, this thread was published back in 2017, so GTechE’s problem was likely fixed a long time ago. Are you experiencing the same issue now?
