since the beta site is down, the API page also is not available (wanted to post the link to user prozz’s github page (re: OGS Notifier).

The API can be accessed on http://online-go.com/developer now, on the live version. 
I will also close this topic as it has caused confusion over an actual next Beta starting. 
Beta 4.0 has ended and it is live now!
