Can you please help me with this scoring? I have played many times but have never known what to do when the autmatical scoring is wrong like in this case (I suppose)

When its my turn to remove or mark stones suddenly the whole marked ones change into other colour. The idea is to mark all the territories again and let the opponent see if he acceptes or not?
Also I am in doubt about how to score this upper middle territory
thay i point in red. Its like two circles that cross each other with territory in the middle.
