Hello, after a game http://online-go.com/game/989601 my opponent and I agreed to a given score (White by 20+ points), but now the game is stored with a different result (Black by +10.5 points.)
I don’t think it’s normal, is it?

the problem with your game is the open space at E3. As this is not a correct border, the whole space of White is scored as neutral.
Also where does that “White +20 points” come from? if it comes from score estimator then it’s not the same thing as finished score… but as francisa pointed out the game is not finished and it’s not possible to count the score correctly because of unfinished open borders.
