I’m trying to support OGS using my paypal balance, but it does not give me that option. Is it not possible or how can I do it?

Paypal used to automatically tap ballance for recurring payments for as long as there was enough, only then switching to the backup method.
But I am not 100% sure, they might have changed it since then. Also check out your PayPal settings, I know there is an option to select your preferred payment method if you have multiple, maybe ballance will be an option?
Either way, this almost certainly is something we have no control over, if the option exists it would be on Paypal’s side
