Is the dev-build of OGS front end working?

When I try to run a development build, I get:

Uncaught TypeError: blocks is not iterable
    at BlockPlayer.ts:99

before any page loads. Nothing loads.

Is this just me, or happening for anyone else doing dev? (This happens on the devel branch)
