Multiple Accounts

Are you allowed to create multiple accounts? I didn’t see anything mentioning it under the terms of service so I assume it’s okay, but wanted to know.

Im not a mod, but I think it’s allowed. I have multiple accounts for testing and no one has bugged me about it.
