Open games in new tabs functionality doesn’t quite work as I’d imagined it would.
I am using “application shortcut” for the OGS chat window in Chrome. So my chat window is a stand alone browser window with no ability to have multiple tabs.
When I create a new open challenge the game window opens up correctly according to the setting “open games in new tab” (always, only in chat, never)
If I accept an open challenge then it makes no difference what that setting is and all game windows open up in the same window. > Only way to make accepted challenges open in a new tab (in this case another browser) is to middle click them. This is not so intuitive since it works differently (correctly) when I create my own challenge.
EDIT: middle clickign doesn’t work.
