opponent played move but it was not shown

I now experienced it two times that my opponent played a move but it was not shown on the board which never happened before.

white’s G17 move was not shown on the board but my clock was running

Anybody else experienced this?

I have had this happen a few times. Sometimes if my opponent takes too long to make a move i refresh the page to make sure it is not frozen.

I’ve refreshed before and had their move appear and a minute taken off my clock.
