mance (restaurant tips, Italian)

Wiktionary claims that mancia is used in English, but the quotations they give suggest that it’s really just an inserted foreign word, eg. being given in italics.

tance ([he] scolds, french)

trance

Sorry for how I reacted. Although one should always try to avoid it, making mistakes is normal. No one is perfect. I think I can go on without hating myself too much

Tranché (cut, French)

tronche (trunks, Italian)

Are you sure that it exists? I’d say “tronchi”

It’s also a french word, it’s a familiar word meaning “face”.

Merci
Let’s continue with “tronchi”

trochi trochi - Wiktionary

You’re right, the plural of tronco, the noun meaning “trunk”, is tronchi.

I got confused with the feminine plural of tronco, the adjective meaning “truncated”.

Rochi (hoarse, Italian)

mochi!

Pochi (a few, Italian)

ochi (eye, Romanian)

Occhi (eyes, Italian)

occhio, just one eye this time

Nocchio (I can’t find the English translation, but it exists: nocchio in Vocabolario - Treccani )
