What happened? It just looks like the players failed to score the game correctly.
I just looked and here’s what I see: white passes on turn 290 because black had no way of turning around the game. Beyond that point, black played meaningless moves in what appears to have been an effort to annoy white into resignation (just look at his comments in the chat box). The game finally ends on turn 342, presumably because white had the patience of a stone Buddha.
Yes it looks like black passed from 313 to 323 but never accepted the result and continued playing and then passed again.
Before that black played all the possible useless moves inside white territory. He did few more pass-resume cycles later on too. Very bad manners.
