My question is when both of player pass the game the result is black win.
How can it black win
Who said “black wins”?
This game was not finished at the time both players passed. Neither player has secured any points.
It’s not really meaningful to ask “who won”. The players should not have passed.
Technically white has won this game because no players have secured any points, and there is 6.5 komi, so the score is black: 0 white 6.5 with Japanese scoring.

To count score of the game territory should be sealed, without holes. Before that you may only predict score.
