Possibility to annul games retrospectively?

Not sure if this is a support or a development question.

I am currently playing in a tournament and a player resigned from it. Since the player is much stronger than I and the game we played had more than 19 moves made, it was ranked and led to an increase in my rank that I don’t feel I deserve. Is there a possibility to annul a game in this kind of situation?

In general we don’t retroactively annul games. This kind of thing happens from time to time. What game was it?
