My account has been classified as “provisional” because, as long as I think, I’ve stopped playing for 2/3 months. But now I can’t exit this “provisional” status: a notification on my profile says I have to play 2 more games to be out, and I’ve played many… but nothing happened to my status and the notification is still the same. I still have 2 more games to play… and I can’t access tournamens…
They have to be ranked games, so two more ranked games and you should be good to go
(Also they have to be played against other non-provisional players)
