Rank adjustment (rank too high)

Could my rank be adjusted? Although I’ve been a member since 2009, I’ve played fewer than 20 games, and the games on this site account for almost all of the games I’ve ever played. The 17k I started with just seems too high for where I’m really at. The more I play, the more I realize I’m a rank beginner. Since I’m starting to play more, I’d prefer to have a more realistic ranking to get a sense of my improvement over time.

I also overestimated when signing up. If someone could adjust my rank down to 20k or so as well I’d be grateful!
