Hi,
I am currently 18k and was playing someone who is 15k. After they realised I was probably going to win, they allowed the clock to run down so that I would win by time out. As a result, my rating has not changed.
Please can you change this?
Your opponent is provisional. Provisional players do not affect rating until their rank can be established.
