It only appears in some of them and unfortunately I can’t figure it out myself. I hope you can help

Don’t know. I think it just stands for KO (knock out). I’m not aware of a German therm for this kind of situation.
Probably letzte Periode/letztes (Zeit-)Intervall would be the closest translation, but the shorthands LP, LZ or LI aren’t used.
In my opinion KO or SD would both be acceptable.
