This is one of the particular game I am trying to review. Any limitations on number of games I can have review on? What does the playout 300 means?

I kicked off a full strength review on that game for you, you should be able to see it now 
Nope. Once you’re a supporter you can review as many of your games as you like.
That is the strength, or depth, the AI goes too… essentially it plays out each position 300 times and then shows you the results… if you look on the supporter page you can see how donating different amounts unlocks different strength AI reviews (as the deeper the review goes, the higher the load on the server)
