Review Request: 14k v 10k

I’m frustrated with my shape in the bottom right corner at move 15. I keep making it in games. I recognize that it’s kill-able, I’m just not sure how to avoid it, defend it, and/or what kind of shape it is.

I think I did alright otherwise, but I’m open to advice.

Isn’t it defended simply if move 13 is at F1 instead of F2?

I think the bigger issue is that you let your opponent surround you, leaving you with only two options: die or live small.
Try black F5 instead of F3.
