Review request for handicapped game (14kyu vs 12kyu)

I think I was well ahead going into the end-game, but gradually lost it as my opponent took points all over the board. That’s not to say my opening and mid-game were strong, I think I missed a lot of opportunities there too. I’d really love a review from someone stronger.
