Hi, I have the option on to only see challenges I can accept. But a lot of the challenges I click on, despite having the green accept button, tell me that my account’s rank is too high. Could this be because this is an alt. account with a rank that might still be provisional?

I’m unable to create a challenge that’s visible, but I cannot accept.
It could be helpful what the rank of the game creators were.

One of the game creators was 5k – the novembercat account was about 6k at the time.

That’s very bizarre… It’s meant to compare the user’s desired game settings against your current rank… So I don’t think the problem is on your end.
Possibly, the users creating the game are inputting the rank restrictions incorrectly?
Same with me. It happens a lot that i cannot accept a challenge although the green button is on. More often than I can imagine that either my opponent’s or my own rank changed in that very second.
