Site Supporter Benefits Disappeared

I have a site supporter account. I did not change my support status, but for some reason I am seeing ads again and my vacation time is back to normal.
When I click the “become a site supporter link” I still see my monthly payment and it is also still active on Paypal. Can I get my benefits back?
