This game isn’t scored:
I accepted the scoring but my opponent did nothing.
Then the time for accepting went to 0.0, but nothing happens.
I thought the game should be scored now. Am I missing something?
Is this a bug?

Not sure. But now it is scored.
There is a known bug where games can get stuck when that clock runs out. I’ve reported those and a mod has sorted them out for me.
