Hi, I’m new to this site. I wonder if there is a way to show the number of each move on the stones all at once without me having to label them one by one?

I don’t think so, only variations are numbered automatically.
Not sure what you need it for, but as a workaround, you can download the .sgf and use some online convertor to turn the game into a traditional kifu with numbered moves. (here for example: http://sgf2pdf.danielmaslo.com/)
