The timer should blink when it approaches 0:00

I know that the timer starts beeping when less than 10 seconds left, but most of the time I keep sound off. This way I lost a few games. To prevent this, the timer should bring attention by blinking or in some other way and it shouldn’t assume that sound is enabled on the computer.
