Timeouts when i`m not

Appear to have lost a couple of ladder games recently through timeouts although both games have not shown in my list of games I needed to move in.
Anyone else having similar issues?

Something similar, when new games begin, they wont “pop up” in my overview page, (which i keep constantly open in one tab) so i’ve had ladder game or two that were ignited by the other player, and where i almost did time out because they didn’t appear in my list.
Good old F5 once a day helps.

Thanks for the advice not sure if F5 works on my Mac.
