To prohibit changing handicap settings after the tournament is created

Some players enjoy games with/without handicap, but it is possible to change the handicap settings after the tournament is created, which may ruin the fun for everyone

We should be preventing a tournament director from changing these settings after a tournament is created… what tournament did this happen in?

I was suspecting one but suppose there isn’t, regardless, the settings still shouldn’t be adjustable.

As I said in my response… the settings aren’t adjustable after the tournament has been created.

I just tried doing that (and undoing) in my own tournament and it updated immediately.
