I tried creating tournaments of my own. It kept saying, ‘Request was throttled.’
I would like to know what is the issue behind it.

It may depend which group you were creating a tournament from. Not every group allows tournament creation by every member or it may have been something to do with the tournament parameters being outside those allowed but it would be nice to know for sure. Sorry I can only provide guesses.
Our backend throttles tournament creation based on a few rules. Normal users can create at most 2 per day, Supporter accounts can create at most 4 per day.
