Firstly; have groups changed recently*? My memory of them is that they couldn’t be deleted but now it is possible to delete them (confirmed).
Secondly; is it possible to set up a group so that only admins can create tournaments? My memory of groups is that some were like this but now I find I can create tournaments from any group I join.
Nb. *recently means ~last two years.
