Using Kombilo under macOS

I’ve obtained a MacOS version of Kombilo-84 from here

Where this is the download link listed on that page:
https://dl.u-go.net/kombilo/kombilo-084.app.zip

I can extract the .zip fine, but when I try to launch the .app, it just instantly closes (or crashes).

Any ideas on how to fix this? I’m currently running the Windows Kombilo under Wine but would much rather have the native version that works under macOS

Is there anything I need to do beforehand so that the MacOS version of Kombilo runs as it should?

Has anyone else here had this problem and found a fix for it?

dl.u-go.net normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to dl.u-go.net this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be dl.u-go.net, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.
 
You cannot visit dl.u-go.net right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.
