Would there be interest in adding Zen-Go as a multiplayer variant? A proposal was made in 2025, but the thread remained small. DGS already supports it, and OGS already has the Rengo infrastructure.

Between all the go variants I can’t remember exactly what is zen go so maybe you could add a short description or a link to a more complete presentation of this variant (or both)?

A kind of team game where the players are not divided into Black and White teams, but instead play as a single team, taking turns placing stones on the board according to a turn order familiar from card games.
Round 1: 1st player (B), 2nd player (W), 3rd player (B)
Round 2: 1st player (W), 2nd player (B), 3rd player (W)…
Naturally, this game mode works with an odd number of players, because with an even number of players there would be no color switching. (Rengo)
