I have been on the site for a while and, for the first time, I just had an opponent that seems to me incorrect:
I just greeted him, and from the start, his response was: shut up and play.
I do not appreciate that, of course.
What can be done for this individual to receive a warning from the site managers?
The insults and rudeness are not allowed on the site, or so it does not interest me to continue

Sorry about the bad experience. I spoke to your opponent about it.
For an immediate remedy, you can block the player by clicking on their name and clicking block. If the conduct merits a warning, you can find the “call moderator” button on the sidebar. That is the most effective way of getting help.
