Call 2025 the year of Go, and play Go. Get to this long-desired SDK or Dan already. Get a tsumego solving schedule. Play an IRL game or two. Visit a first (or Nth) tournament. Visit a Go club in a neighboring city. Dedicate some of your precious time this year to Go, not an obsession with some stuff.
The focus on Go will help you with other domains of life by making you more energized and by bringing you fun. But it won’t work if you don’t put any boundaries between entirely different parts of your life.

UPLIFTING without being naïvely hopeful; hope certainly IS a good thing, but a too … “tipsy” … attitude that is bound to disappoint us in case our hopes do not fulfill is, of course, NOT helpful, we must stay able to withstand, able to work for a better world.
