There is, of course, a very big difference between total 19x19 human games and the total recorded.
I don’t think games on the really big servers like Fox, Tygem or WBaduk are recorded.
If they’re not, then I’m sure the total number of recorded games is less than T(low), 1B, and probably very much less, more like a T(superlow) of 100M or even hardly a multiple of T(ultralow), 10M.
