Announcements do not appear in the top right corner anymore?

Hi, I used to get announcements about all kind of stuff on the top right of any OGS page. My settings should be correct to receive them. But I dont get them anymore since quite some time. I believe you should get them on the ‘home’ page instead. I honestly dont use that page, even if I try, I still miss every announcement.
