I also run OGS in Chrome application shortcut (pinned to taskbar) It works perfectly and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. With Firefox I haven’t been able to run it as nicely.

I have figured out that if I have “focused” to my browser window before switching to chromes “OGS application window” and create a new game. The new game will become a new tab in that browser. I like that.
If I have focused a terminal window (Irssi in my case) and then switch to OGS and create a new game. The new game will open in a new minimalist window. Even if I have my browser open. I like this also.
The same doesn’t seem to work with windows own “Explorer” folder window. So more testing is needed to figure out when it opens in a new window versus tab.
